dc.description.abstractThe search for sources of financing is probably one of the most important operations within the corporate environment regardless of the size of the organization, not having enough resources to cover short or long-term financial obligations is unfortunate event with similar consequences. Since markets and the way business is conducted has evolved, the financing tools that are available to managers have changed, financial engineering and innovation has upgraded their quantity and quality. One of the methods of financing that has been introduced not many years ago in Greece is factoring. This paper will attempt to examine, analyze and allow the reader to interpret it.en_US
